Activity Overview
Organized by: Linda Kirhnere
Format: Knowledge-Sharing Session
Venue & Date: Office Place / Latvia – 7 April 2026
Participants & Profile: 4 participants – Colleagues
Short description of the activity
I organized an internal knowledge-sharing session for my colleagues. The main goal of this activity was to disseminate the knowledge, experience, and practical methods I gained during the Erasmus+ project, while also encouraging reflection on how these lessons can be applied in our daily professional environment.
To carry out this activity, I prepared a PowerPoint presentation and delivered it to my colleagues. In the first part of the session, I introduced the Erasmus+ programme and explained its overall purpose, highlighting the value of international mobility, non-formal learning, intercultural exchange, and professional development. I shared my own experience from the training course, describing the learning environment, the structure of the programme, the international group dynamic, and the key topics that were covered.
The main part of the activity focused on the practical meaning of stoic principles in entrepreneurship and in everyday working life. I presented and explained several important principles such as self-discipline, emotional control, responsibility, resilience, rational decision-making, and the importance of focusing on what is within our control. These main elements were discussed not only from a theoretical perspective, but also in relation to our real work processes, communication, stress management, and teamwork.
The methods used during the activity included oral presentation, visual learning through the PowerPoint slides, experience-sharing, and group discussion. I used examples from the training course as well as practical workplace examples to make the topic more understandable and relevant for my colleagues. The discussion element was especially valuable, because it allowed participants to connect the presented ideas with their own professional experience.
The results of the activity were immediate and meaningful. My colleagues gained a better understanding of the Erasmus+ programme and the content of the training course. We had an open discussion about our workflow, our current habits, and the ways in which stoic principles are already present in our work, even if not always consciously recognized. We also identified several approaches that we could start using more actively, such as better emotional regulation in stressful situations, more focus on solutions instead of problems, and more responsible and balanced decision-making. Overall, the activity successfully transferred the knowledge gained during the project, promoted reflection, and encouraged practical improvements in our professional environment.

Conclusions, Recommendations, Insights
Include even more interactive elements, such as short group tasks, reflection exercises, or case study discussions. This could help engage even more deeply with the topic and make the learning outcomes even more practical. It would also be useful to organize similar dissemination activities after international training experiences in order to multiply the impact of mobility projects and ensure that the knowledge gained by one participant is shared more widely within the organization. Overall I really enjoyed this project, thanks to organizatiors.
