Developing Resilience and Decision-Making Through Stoic Principles & Erasmus+ Learning in Croatia

The follow-up activity was organized as an interactive workshop focused on sharing the knowledge and experience gained during the Erasmus+ training course “Stoic Principles in Modern Entrepreneurship”. The main goal of the activity was to introduce participants to the basic principles of Stoicism and demonstrate how these principles can be applied in everyday life, especially in the context of decision-making, stress management, and professional development.

Fostering Self-Reflection Through Stoic Principles in Latvia

The activity I organized was a reflective hike in the forests and along the seaside near Carnikava. The main objective of the hike was to encourage self-reflection, inspired by exercises from the training course “Stoic Principles in Modern Entrepreneurship.” The idea was to create a space where participants could detach from their daily routines, reduce stress, and thoughtfully consider their current emotional state and life direction. 

Sharing Stoic Entrepreneurship & Erasmus+ Opportunities with Young People in Türkiye

Our local follow-up activity was mainly focused on sharing our Erasmus+ experience and informing young people about international opportunities. During our training course in North Macedonia, we worked on modern entrepreneurship, but we realized that many people around us do not really know what Erasmus+ offers beyond long-term university exchange programs. Because of this, we decided to organize a simple and clear presentation to explain these opportunities.

Connecting Youth with Stoic Entrepreneurship & Erasmus+ in Serbia

Pictures were shared with them of our activities from the training course, and they got familiar with Stoic exercises and principles that we can apply in entrepreneurship as-well as in daily life. The topic wasn’t previously familiar to them so it helped them gain a new perspective regarding philosophy, entrepreneurship and other principles that are applicable to many situations.
