Short description of the activity
I shared my experience from the Erasmus+ project with the group, focusing on the main activities we took part in and the key learning outcomes. I explained what we did during the training course and reflected on what I personally learned throughout the process.
A significant part of the discussion was dedicated to Stoicism and its practical application in daily life. I presented the core ideas we worked with during the project, such as emotional control, focusing on what is within our influence, and maintaining a rational approach when facing challenges. These concepts were connected to real-life situations to show their relevance beyond the training context.
In addition, we carried out a short interactive workshop based on a simple selling simulation. The aim of this exercise was to observe group dynamics, communication patterns, and individual selling approaches. Through this activity, we were able to better understand teamwork behavior, decision-making under pressure, and basic negotiation and persuasion skills.
