Short description of the activity
The activity began with a presentation about our participation in the Erasmus+ training course in North Macedonia. We introduced the main objectives of the project, the activities we took part in, and the key lessons we learned throughout the experience.
A significant part of the session focused on the principles of Stoicism and their practical application in everyday life as well as in entrepreneurship. We discussed concepts such as emotional resilience, self-control, rational decision-making, and focusing on what is within our control. Participants explored how these principles can help individuals manage challenges, make better decisions, and maintain a balanced perspective in both personal and professional situations.
Following the presentation, we held an open discussion where participants were encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts. This interactive exchange helped clarify how Stoic principles can be applied in real-life situations and allowed participants to connect the concepts to their own experiences. The discussion also highlighted the relevance of Stoicism in modern society, particularly for young people interested in personal development and entrepreneurship.
The activity created a space for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and learning. Participants demonstrated a strong interest in both the Erasmus+ programme and the practical value of Stoic philosophy, leaving the session with a deeper understanding of how these ideas can support their personal and professional growth.
