Udruga ZvoniMir is a non-profit organisation established in 2002. that works with young people and kids, volunteers, elderly and people in need, victims of violence and individuals seeking psychological help. Furthermore, we have a Volunteer center within which we organize volunteer activities always giving our best to promote volunteering on daily basis.
Other than that, our organization offers free legal advice, accompaniment to court and police stations, free psychological help and support as well as costumer support.
Our mission is to improve the lives of all citizens, especially those who are in a inconvenient position by providing assistance whenever needed. Our organization, as we mentioned earlier has a Volunteer center that organizes volunteer activities that improve the lives of the local community in so many ways. Other than that we provide necessary education for volunteers, volunteer coordinators as well as long-term unemployed persons in order to facilitate access to employment considered the fact that we live in an area of special state concern.
Udruga ZvoniMir has so many successful projects behind, and all of them were created to improve the lives of the local community. Young people, unemployed citizens, elderly and people in need, persons of weak socio-economic status, those who need legal advice or psychological support, as well as everyone in need are all welcome to seek help and support in our organization. Our motivation to participate in the Erasmus+ program is the need to increase our knowledge in youth area, and to connect with other organizations and communities in order to learn from each other and to share experience so we can together build a better place.
The ZvoniMir association has extensive experience in numerous projects, including those involving young people, to whom we offer numerous educations on the topic of volunteerism, peer violence and violence in partner relationships, education on the topic of addiction, and education on the topic of proper writing of resumes and applications, and preparation for business interviews.
We also implemented a European project with the aim of employing young people who received certified diplomas entered in their work books in order to find employment as easily as possible. For the first time, we are participating in Erasmus+ projects in order to learn new methods of working with young people and to gain new acquaintances and cooperation with other organizations abroad.
